Return Policy

Our return policy allows for returns within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, some use is acceptable and items may show minor signs of handling, but any noticeable wear, damage, or alterations will void eligibility. Products must be returned with their original packaging and materials, and proof of purchase is required. All returns are subject to inspection before a refund is issued.

To initiate a return, please email usedskateshop@gmail.com with a photo of the item you wish to return. We’ll assess its condition and confirm whether it qualifies for return. If approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to proceed.

We do not accept returns without prior approval or without a photo of the item.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue quickly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return, such as:

- Custom products (e.g., personalized or special orders)

- Personal care items

- Hazardous materials or flammable items

- Sale items and gift cards

Used Skate Shop reserves the right to assess a restocking fee on certain clearance or specialty items.


Exchanges
For faster service, we recommend returning your item (once approved) and placing a new order for the replacement item.


European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order was shipped to the EU, you’re entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days without a specific reason. The item must be in its original, unused condition with proof of purchase.


Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you of the refund approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (excluding shipping fees). Processing time by banks or credit card providers may vary.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless if item is not as advertised (more info in About page). We recommend using insured shipping, as returned items must arrive in unused condition.
